Founding Principles Lachlan & Ellie met whilst working with Matt Gibson - an award winning architecture practice in Melbourne. Their passion for heritage architecture attracted them both to the highly coveted architecture practice. Their vision of exceptional architecture and interiors, combined with highly personalised, flexible and tailored services led to the establishment of Lande Architects.

Lande’s philosophy centres around functional, personalised and evocative spaces. Specialising in both new builds and restorative heritage works, many of Lande’s projects approach the inherited site in a sympathetic and respectful way.

They collaborate with their clients to create functional, rigorously detailed and evocative spaces, which draw on their own experiences and histories, as well as the inherited narrative of the buildings they occupy.  Providing both architectural and interior design services, Lande deliver timeless outcomes rich in empathy and functionality which continue to surpass expectations.
